It all began when our founders Sam and James left their jobs in 2019 at a previous freight forwarding and Logistics Recruitment agency to start something of their own. They didn’t like the typical agency formula, with so much distance between client, candidate and recruiter. They wanted a new approach that was built on trust; all about connection and communication, honesty and integrity. Both share the vision and want to provide a service to clients and candidates that we ourselves would expect should the shoe be on the other foot.
Why? Because people are people, not numbers.
Today, Midas Recruitment is working with clients and candidates on both sides of the pond, with dedicated consultants specializing in US and UK freight forwarding and logistics markets.
